Without any lubricate oil, the shaft sealing can’t be using for long time. CMN has developed delicate, contact-less, wear resistant no shaft sealing design to work out the difficulty of sealing. Life time of sealing is called as no shaft sealing design.

Energy saving, air production is 10% more compared with the same power, electricity saved more than 10% directly.

The precondition of the oil-free water lubricated technology is that volumetric efficiency needs to reach above 95%, that is to say, the leakage should be less than 5%. The production technology of CMN oil-free has applied to oil screw air compressor, which improves the efficiency and assures the air leakage less than 4%.

High temperature resistance, the maximum continual temperature of this unit is less than 92℃ at 55℃ ambient temperature.

CMN air leakage is less than 4%, less heat, excellent performance of high temperature resistance.
